WotLK Mongoose Weapon Enchant

Multiple people have the enchant and i highly doubt they all donated via the website for max enchanting. I submitted a ticket in-game and got as a response, just wait until they fix it. A similar issue happened to me while farming Sulfron Ingots on Golemagg in Molten Core. By master looting I was able to loot the Ingot but it does not seem to work for the weapon enchant even though I meet the requirements to loot the item. How is someone able to loot the item?
