How to gear past 2k8

Hello i'm playing rdrood, my gear is a mix of full blue from NM dungeons rep gears and boe items (either item levels 187 / 200). Only one of my trinket is below ( ilvl 174) and my idol is ilvl 103 i'm waiting to get few more emblems of heroism to change it.
So here we are : i'm 2 850 GS right now and i'm hard stuck even if i change my idol and buy more boe. I can't tag for HC dungeons because GS requirement is too high (3150 GS i guess). And every time i look at the global channel, ppl are searching for ppl with around 3k7 gs to go for normal raids.
What should i do ?

Replace low ilevel stuff asap and you'll be able to queue RHc pretty soon. It's not about GS it's about average item level and those low ilvl idol and trinket and tearing it down. Once you can queue RHc start farming it. Consider buying as much BoE's as you can to boost average ilvl even more

Search for walkin hc dungeons. You dont need a ilvl for hc dungeons when sou walk in. Farm 15 emblems for your idol.
Next step is search for a guild to raid. Pugs have this high ilvl requitment for no reason.
