    You do not have enough non locked coins to send this gift, wait 72 hours.

    So i sold my char, its been 4 days and I still cant use my coins. I'm looking to transfer them to my 2nd account.

    Is it a bug or intended ?

    Did you get more coins in those 72 hours? If yes and you tried mailing both coins made from character sale and those coins that's why you can't gift it. Each set of coins has its own 72 hour CD.
