    Problem with enter in game

    Good day.
    Realm - Loarderon
    Name - Chiefear
    I have a problem, I can’t enter the game. A window for changing the character’s name appears and does not allow the game. I tried to give a new name to the character, but the window does not disappear and I still can’t enter the game. This morning, June 4, 20 everything worked fine. I ask you to help me with the solution to this problem.

    you need to give a valid not taken name to character, then it should let you log in
