WotLK silverwing sentinels reputation

Been trying to get the justicar title, but i cannot get the reputation for silverwing sentinels up. For the league of arathors reputation i did the quest " battle for arathi basin" and for stormpike guards also some similar quest but the alterac valley itself gives a lot of reps that got me to exalted, same for arathi basin.
But the WSG rep seems almost impossible with me getting matched almost always with premades and loosing, and not to mention winning only gives like around 800 reps each.

So my question is, is there some similar quests like "battle for arathi basin" for WSG that i am missing ? If not how do i get reputation efficiently for Silverwing Sentinelss ?

There aren't any quests for WSG. Only way you can earn rep for it is by doing the BG.
