So I duplicate the ticket I sent on [email protected]

I got my account hacked somehow after changing the email address. The password was changed and my friends can see the character online while I'm trying to login.
Can you help me to restore it? When I try to "restore password" on warmane.com I don't get any mail to accept so it seems they also change the email (but it was on a cooldwon actually).

I also got 2 receipts on recently purchased coins by me for that account. Sent them on email with the ticket itself.

So please could you provide any info about this issue and what can I do to help to reslove it.
