    Buying, gold and coins on account

    Hey,
    I want to buy gold or coins so i can purchase gear and buy things from the website. I can not figure out where to add coins to my account. When i go to purchase an item on the store it says i have no coins..
    Can someone walk me thru how to add coins to my account. Also what is the dollar to coin ratio?
