Site I wrongly purchase 4000g in tickets for Lottery (Help)

I didnt understand what means 1- ticket for 2000g, I was thinking that I will win that, not use my money, im new in this lottery stuff and i feel bad about it cause I misunderstood the purchase. Is possible get a refund for those 2 tickets i expend on that? cause i throw 4k in a chicken mount that a I really dont want so much, I buy 2 with gold accidentally and 1 ticket with points (when i understand the stuff cause i cant buy no more cause gold off). You must put an advice for those that just purchase in gold, i didnt get a warning or something. I lose all my money in that.

(WHY SO MUCH GOLD IN 1 TICKET, 2000g? in one??? Damn. That just must cost 50g or 100g. 2000g look like you must win that not pay that)

P.D: And why dont put an option for retract the purchase??? I cant even do something after. Just come here and probably dont have any answer too, because obviously I won't even win that lottery with 500 tickets competition, I just wanted to use the points i have, thats all. Not all my gold.

Warmane doesn't offer refunds for tickets.
Lets say the chicken or Invincible gets on the lottery. 2k gold for a mount worth over 100 coins?

That is not the point, the point is that i cant change that and is any option to make it, u cant reverse ur buy and that is necessary if u make a wrong buy. I dont care how much item price is cause is not 100% you win that, is a luck fact. And i just want 1 ticket, not 3. Cause i dont put ticket to win just to use my points, and then suddenly my gold go off cause i was using the wrong option to buy it.

Yeah, was first time making lottery, and didnt understand very well, I was thinking that ticket cost 1 point each and that was one with possibility to win 2000g not give them my gold xd, so... Yeah, my mistake in that, cause i undestand super bad. Sadly i was desperate searching for a button or an option to recover the money and return the ticket but nothing.
