As the title says, I am disappointed that there's no weather effects. Dust storms in Barrens, rain in many locations, etc.

Definitely a much cozier feel when we get weather effects. Can we expect this to be implemented, or a reason why it is not? And if it is already implemented, the occurrence rate should definitely be increased as I've never seen weather in any zone so far.
