WotLK Frostmourne - DK starting zone quest issue

There is currently a problem with the DK starting zone on Frostmourne. All players are unable to complete the DK questing chain as the quest "abandoned mail" shows up as a daily which cannot be completed blocking all the other quests in the chain.

Can confirm, in Lordaeron it isn't working either and showing as a daily

Can confirm too, in Frostmourne it isn't working and dont show at all. Just daily quest in mail that can't be picked up...
