Can I transfer gold to Icecrown from Lordaeron? Is there any way to do that?

The only way would be to post in the forum trade section to see if someone would trade with you. You could also sell your gold on the warmane trade and use it to buy gold on lordaeron. The ratios are obviously different, but these are the only legitimate ways. You can buy coins and purchase gold via item trade as well.
