Plate Buffs sometimes not working

Is anyone else having problem with PlateBuff addons sometimes not working, and you have to manualy /reload for it to work again? Is there any way to fix it?

Do you have "Watch combatlog" on your plate buffs addon checked or unchecked? If I put in on checked it sometimes show spells that are not in specific list
