Deleted Pathing for old chars

This is mostly for game mods, but if any knowledgeable player can help. It would be great.
Have come back on Warmane after a break of 2-3 years.. Had 2 old chars which had to be re-named, which i can understand.
But they have also lost all the flight paths and discovered maps. I am playing a new toon and i will obviously have to search all the paths for it now.
But , can the old ones have all the paths back ? I had most of them , atleast on Alliance side in all 3 continents and also in exodar and outlands.
Can this be helped ?

Nothing that can be done about your case. You'll have to manually rediscover it.
