Site Account banned for suspicious activity- im just trying to recover old account

Hi there,

I am attempting to log in to an old account of mine,
the email is in my name,
today I changed the password to log in as I forgot it.
the email came through, and two-step authenticated to get the password changed.
then I go to log in and IP was banned for suspicious activity.
what to do?
