WotLK Lost characters

Hey everyone. I don't know if this is the area to ask but I went to log in today and unfortunately my character doesn't exist on the server Lordaeron anymore. I was around level 30. If I could get some help on this I would really appreciate it. Thank you!

Check under my account>services>character restoration

Thanks for the reply. Yes I already tried that. The characters on that server don't show up. I had made a couple on outland that show, but characters on Lordaeron don't for some weird reason.
