problom getting icc rep ring with purchased toon

i purchased a toon that didnt have any gear. i went to get the rep ring and i cant i have exaulted rep any 1 ealse had this problom ive put a ticket in but it usually takes a day or so to get a responce i live in the states so time zone difference

Write an in-game ticket and they'll reset the questline. Until then, all you can do is wait.
