Technical Suddenly BANNED after returning to the server.

Hello,
After a year of taking a break, i've returned to the server with the intent to continue playing and it suddenly shows that i've been banned for advertising, i had nothing to do with advertising before. It obviously looks like i've been hacked. I've immediatelly changed my password and i'm now looking to appeal the BAN.
