WotLK Arena Solo Queue on Lordaeron

I'm having trouble to access the solo queue for Arena on Lordaeron. The arena npc in Orgrimmar (goblin in suit) doesn't offer me the option to solo queue arenas.

I asked in-game and I was told that there's no solo queue for Arenas and that I need a team.

Can someone help me with this please? I haven't found clear instructions for this. Thanks in advance

For those who want to know, the NPC for solo queue 3v3 arena is in the Dalaran sewer area, right next to the normal arena NPCs.
