Technical Removing un-named members from my guild

title pretty much says it all. I just came back from over a year-long break, only to find that my entire character roster had been flagged for name change, I'm assuming due to inactivity. Only problem is, it's the same for every character in my guild. And try as I might, I can't demote them, kick them, or interact with them mechanically in any way, so it's impossible to clean up my roster. Anyone know a solution to this? I'd really like to keep the guild and re-start it, we've got three bank tabs and a stockpile of useful stuff, but it's bugging me that I can't do anything to these inactive, blank names. Have a ticket open, but it's been several hours with no response. (Over 10.)

Hey, I have the same problem in my guild. I cannot promote, demote or kick them. I need a solution for this because we have a qdkp error related to this one.
