apparently questlines for keys are bugged, leveled up another character to 60 level thought i could get a key from him and open up a door but questline wasnt there(and yes i researched it whole, i started loooking from the call to arms: the plaguelands! quest criers, which are not there
thus encountered same problem when i saw that i need shattered halls key for the citadel :/
what should i do in this case? knowing that warmane will do nothing?

Call To Arms: Plaguelands worked the last time I did it. NPC roams the Undercity. If it's bugged there's nothing you can do but wait for a fix.
Shattered Halls key is also obtainable.Edited: July 16, 2020

undercity? are you horde faction player?
alliance side is bugged none of the quests show up, and knowing warmane they will delete the ticket if i placed it :P

Yes, I'm horde.
They delete bugtracker reports when the thing you reported isn't bugged upon checking.

ive spent two days looking for all those criers in capitals with my main acc and now with alt acc, there are none of them whatsoever,(even created a new warmane acc thinking it is connected to my main acc but no there is no cries in cities )
was using [track low level quests] with minimap and ran torugh all the quest places from this line, nothing shows up
and yes ive spent my time going by all of the criers patrol routes and even standing in one place waiting for them to come

If you already had the key before you destroyed it, wouldn't that criteria of the achievement be marked as completed already?

if i had the key, yes it wouldve marked on the ahcv, as i read in the wikipedia, but apparently i have no key, nor criers give the quest chain start, the [call to arms: the plaguelands!] quest

If you are not sure if you finished the quest chain, check each quest in the chain to see if you stopped at some point so you can continue from that quest. If you really destroyed the key, the quest chain won't reset because of that and you won't be able to get a new key.

If he had the key at any point and deleted it, he can always go to that goblin in underbelly dalaran for new one. For dungeon door, you can have it lockpicked by rogue or blasted by engineer.
For your achi you will have to wait till its fixed. So, "cough"...

Does it actually work? Many items are supposed to have the option of retrieving it at some NPC after losing the item but I have not seen one that actually works on Warmane.

That goblin and tabard vendors work, tested with shattered halls key and illidari tabard. If you delete it, you can go to them to give you the stuff back. But that was maybe 3 months ago so idk if something changed

i backtracked at each quest giver in the questchain and no one had the quest for they key
about the key restoring goblin: he does not give me prompts of restoring stuff so idk

It starts with that call to arms, which is bugged atm, as there is no quest,so you will have to wait for it to be fixed to get key master achi...but scholo doors can be opened by rogue with 275+ lock pick skill, or powerful seaforium charge if you are engineer(maybe you don't have to be engineer, idk bout that)
And goblin gives prompt only after you already obtained the key and deleted it,it says in chat text, he can "find your lost keys" or something like that
