WotLK DK stuck in starter zone

Hi there I got to the quest where you talk with the class trainer. then after i closed the window all quests disappear. ive wandered the whole zone and cant find anything to progress me.

I tried to submit a ticket, but they only have ban appeal selection.

Try checking the item on the mailbox that's next to the house near the stables.

There's a letter above the mailbox, the letter starts a questline.

the issue i found is you out-level the zone quests, so you need to click the icon on the mini map to show lower-level quests to continue
