Technical Character can't revive or move

I've submitted a GM ticket for this in-game a few days ago but haven't gotten a response. My internet went down when fighting some mobs on Frostmourne server and when I logged back in, my character was lying in the graveyard in ghost form near the Spirit Healer and couldn't move or revive. Character's name is Dregs, still lying there in ghost form immobile. I tried using the unstuck button but no luck. Also tried to get someone to revive me but that didn't work either.

Use character unstuck on the webpage.
Go to my account>services>pick realm>pick char>coins/free>character unstuck
