tooltip.js Error

Hello everyone, recently, any time I opened warmane's website the loading process was over 30-45 sec, anything I click on the website has to load for about that time. First, I thought the problem is in the web browser I have been using, I changed it, yet the same issue. Second, I thought the problem could be in some of the Extensions I am using such as Ad Blocker etc., but still not the case. It was when I opened DevTools I saw the tooltip.js error which causes the issue.
Any recommendations or tips that can help me fix the issue.

The URL is https://cdn.cavernoftime.com/api/global.js

Either fix whatever problem you have that makes that URL time out, or put cdn.cavernoftime.com in your ad blocker (but item tooltips will stop working)
