1. Bought an Item for Coins and Sent to Wrong Character

    So I spent some coins on an item, but I mistakenly sent the item to the wrong character. The item is still in that character's mailbox. I've opened a ticket asking to have the coins back so I can repeat the process, but actually send it to the right character this time. Submitting a ticket and everything all had been done within the hour of realizing I sent it to the wrong character. On my ticket, under status it says: "Awaiting Staff".

    Is this normal and will the support staff allow me to send the item to the right character?

    Any info would be appreciated!
