WotLK Quest givers not showing up in map?

I got to lvl 3 when the quests stopped showing up on map. I tried googling to find addonds who shows quest, but none of the one i found works. is there no fix to this? or do i seriusly have to run around and click on every npc 24/7 to check if a quest is available? :(

Think im gonna drop this game if that is the case, i havent played in years and i dont remember every npc who gives quest, i dont have the patience to run around in circles just to click every npc every time i done 1 quest just to check if i unlocked a new quest whit a new npc. :( I was so happy when downloading the game and used so much time finding addonds and reading about classes. Hope there is a fix to this :(

EDIT: I have run around the entire eria and clicked on all NPC, no one gives me a quest.

Not to write too much,check leveling guides on Google, I recommend Ding80 guide, that way you should get insight on how it all works,you don't need to follow it to the letter. When higher lvl some quests gray out and don't show on minimap,but there is magnifying glass icon on it and when you click it you can set it to track low lvl quests

Addon which shows every quest for every zone is EveryQuest,but is mainly for loremaster achi imho

Problem is that the quest the ding 80 guide tells me to do does not exist. i only got to do these quests: You Survived!, Replenishing the Healing Crystals.

The quest: Volatile Mutations dosent exist, i go to the npc whos supposed to give it, but she dosent have any quests. I have run around multiply times, there is no npc in the entire starter eria who will give me a quest. and i have only done 4 quests. I also downloaded the everyquest addon, i go to the marker that says it is a quest there, but npc gives me no quests. Looks like i only have 1 more way to fix this, have to travel to another starter eria :( if i cant find any quests there either, then i guess the game is broken and nothing i can do to fix it.

There are some quests that are missing from draeneis' starting area. You'll need to grind few levels before moving to next village. Go kill the blood elves to west of the island, they should at least drop an item that begins a quest. That's if it still drops with the quests being bugged in that area.
