Technical Realm Transfer

Hi. So:

"Realm Transfer FAQ
How can I transfer my character?
Log in to the website, then click on 'My Account' > Store > Sellect your realm and character > 'Coins' or 'Points' Tab > 'Realm Transfer'"

This is not working for me. It's either "coins" or "points". There's no "realm transfer" there. Need a transfer my one and only character from Frostmourne to Lordaeron.

yes and when season end your character will be moved to Icecrown (not lordaeron)
