Technical I accidentally deleted a character

That's it, I accidentally deleted my character. Thinking that he was going to eliminate another level 1 character.

Is there a way that it can be restored?

Usually that service allows to restore characters between lvl 75-80

When i try to restore a character it says " Your account must be offline to purchase character restoration". I exit wow completly, i relogged on the warmane site, still same thing. What does it mean and how can i proceed in restoring character ?

Restart PC, DON'T OPEN WOW, go to website and use character restoration service. You can open WoW after you did that.

Thank you, all i had to do is wait 5 mins after logging out before using restore.
