WotLK items disappeared after equipping them back

Hello,

My two items, the sword and the off-hand disappeared after I equipped them back after fishing, not a single error was displayed.

I opened a ticket. What can I do? Did this happened to someone else?

by using "Equipment Manager" tool ?

No. Using the right click action on inventory items, after fishing when i want to equip my items back. After i noticed that my items are not equipped i tried to use the Equipment Manager (in case i'm "blind" and not see them in the inventory) for my PVE set but it displays an error "One or more items from the set PVE were missing and could not be equipped." I need to mention that no addon or other tool was used. just the built in ones.

and it's past 2h and no response.. Do you know what is the average response time on tickets?

it happened to me that I equipped a shield and took off my second weapon, when I wanted to equip my second weapon again I saw that it was nowhere and I don't know what to do

almost 4h still the incident and no answer (ticket or email)...

the truth yes and it's hard for me to know that I have to get my gun again

A lot of posts is dropping in about this, Im just not gonna change my weps or gear until this have been resolved, Imagine loosing BiS items you worked so hard for then get no help cause you didn't buy them for coins.

Once happened to me too, I was lucky it was only heirloom axe, but the answer from ticket was that they can't help me.
