[ANSWERED]Unjustified ban

So like the title says I got banned.
I was banned for "ninja in dungeon" because I looted an item that was more apropriate to another class other than mine HOWEVER I rolled that item and won it and im using it (you guys can check it ou it was a trinket) Im using it because its actually better than the one I had before so how does that qualify for ninja?
The guy that lost the item to me was just mad and reported me...
If I rolled for that item it means that I needed that item... How am I ninja? Seriously? Great system you guys have here... Now im banned for 4 days for no reason how awesome!
