Technical Odd login problem

Hi folks,

Got an odd problem, I play with my wife on Icecrown and she can't login on her Asus laptop where she previously could over the last few days . I can successfully login to my account on my PC and further I can log into her account on My PC. So, it seems there is something up our end perhaps? What is it when you attempt to login and their is not that quick moment where the computer talks to the server and has instant error? I made sure that the wow application was allowed in windows def and I tried a my copy of wow which works on my PC on her PC and it still doesn't work. Her internet is comfirmed working otherwise fine it seems.

Any idea on this one appreciated.

Update:

This was resolved with a modem restart.
