Hey everyone.. first time ever posting something here...
I really need help to fix a huge bug happening in my account. I will explain it now, hope you can understand me since is a bit messy to explain whole thing... oh and before i forget, im writting this here since not even the Ticket box in-game is big enoght to explain to a GM xD ...
I have 2 accounts, my main and this (my secondary), In my main I had a lvl 58 rogue with heirlooms, and yesterday I created a rogue in this secondary account just for fun, since i wanted the same name (because i didn't find any other name that i like for a rogue xD) I decided to delete rogue from main account, I started the rogue in secondary account until lvl10, then I remember I had heirlooms on my deleted rogue so I came to website and used "recover char" feature. When I logged the restored rogue in main account i got message to rename it, so I had to choose another name, I did...
And here is where bug starts....
I logged in to my lvl80 char in secondary account to send heirlooms + bags to my new lvl10 rogue and I can't send him ANY kind of mail, I tried with gold, just text, items, everything, and I only get a message that sais "Cannot find mail recipient" which i guess it means "your char don't exist", I tried sending mails to my rogue lvl10 from other chars and others accounts and no one can send me anything, they are all getting the same message... BUT when i log my rogue lvl10, I can send mail with him to any char and to any account.
I already tried fixing it by deleting cache and wtf folder, trying relog, exit game and back in, etc.. everything I could by myself but the bug is still there.
Hope its not that messy to understand me, Please I really need help from a GM to fix this, or if any player knows how to, let me know!

I wonder if this gets fixed whenever the server restarts next.
I don't know if this should be in-game ticket, or email to Warmane scenario.
If you wish to make in-game ticket, you can print screen, upload the image and copy image link on your in-game ticket.
If done via email: Compose email with clearer picture of your case, you could include a step by step recollection of events.
example:
1. Deleted Abcrogue from account1.
2. Made Abcrogue on account2.
3. Restored Abcrogue on account1.
and so on.
Either way, I'd double check the rogue's name, and test a thing: From your level 10 rogue, send mail to your other character. Log to your other character you sent mail to. Did you get the mail? Resend it, or reply to it with some text/item or whatever. Did you get a mail back to your level 10?

Yes I did what you are suggesting, I double, triple checked the name .... And I also did that test of sending mails from my lvl10 rogue to any of my chars and to another friend's char with gold, text and/or items and when we select "return", the mail is automaticaly returned to my lvl10 rogue without problems. but when i select "reply" i keep getting the 1st message "cannot find recipient"
