Site Shop item sent to wrong character

Hi all,

Apologies if this isn't the correct channel for this.

I wasn't paying attention when purchasing an item from the shop and sent it to a character that isn't in the same faction as the one i intend to use the item on. Is there a way I can revert this?

Coin item? Within 24 hours of purchase, make an item misbuy ticket via "My Account -> Support"
Point item? Collect more points and be careful next time.

Coin item. I logged onto the alt and clicked "Return" on the item from the mailbox, but I can't seem to find it on my account online. Was that a mistake?

As I said, go to My Account -> Support -> Create Ticket -> Item Misbuy

Type in brief info what went wrong with the purchase, select the item(s) you wish to be refunded.
The ticket must be sent within 24 hours of the purchase, once sent, all you have to do, is wait for your ticket to be processed.
