WotLK Problem in Raid ULdu 25 with one Player Helvegen

I created a 12 person raid to kill Flame Leviathan with the Demolishers and Sieges, all of whom could role play any spec.

We got to kill the boss all of them role-playing in agreement and took their items, but when role-playing a tank item sword, there is no tank in the raid.

He proceeded to role-play Helvegen he got 35, I got 56 (sword winner), but this dissatisfied player says that I am a ninja that he is a tank that is going to report me, I have the chat screens and at no time was he told that he was only going to rolear item from tank.

I will have this discussion since he indicates that he is going to report something to me by ninja that is not true.

I need a solution with this player who signals me as a ninja when I am not and I have no need to do so.

There's TONS of these people who make idle threats to bann people just to lure you into giving them the gear. The ammount of proof you need to bann a raid leader is a lot, and if you say in the loot rules that anyone can roll anything then there's nothing he can do.
