Technical IP ban from VPN

Hello, I have been only semi active lately, I logged in today and I received a message saying my IP was banned due to advertising. I haven't done anything like that, I'm a real player, but my guess is that whoever was IP banned for advertising, was using a VPN and so when I coincidentally logged in from the same VPN server as them(no possible way to know), my account became associated with theirs because they used it too. When you IP ban a VPN, then associate IPs with any account who uses it, they are now banned. My account no longer can create an account support ticket because of this mistaken association. I would like to speak to someone about it.
