I just received email that my warmane email has been changed, i logged in quickly and did revert through my email, so I managed to save my account. But after I got in the game there was all my 33k gold gone and items worth over 15-20k gold. I opened ticket in game and i want to write here also, I got all evidence, I sent to to warmane email!!

My email was changed to "[email protected]" !!!

I've been working on this account with months and now i loose everything in a minute!!!!!

Activate 2-step authentication so it doesn't happen in the future.
As account security is the player's responsibility, nothing that gets stolen due to player carelessness is returned.

I know u don't give a **** about your customers, im about delete the game now cuz im pissed but i will come in few weeks, probably gonna work just on scams since some people spend time and money to build a charachter and other just scam,steal or whatever.

We do care about our players, but we aren't here to cover for your own mistakes. We have offered the means to keep accounts secure for a long time, we encourage it in many ways, we even lock certain Marketplace functions behind having 2-step active so more players will use it. You make the conscious choice of ignoring all that and trusting that you know better how to keep your account safe, so now don't back pedal when you find out you were incorrect.
