Maximum number of characters in a realm

Greetings

Recently I sold a character through the trading system now, I had 10 characters now I have 9

So when I try to create the 10th it keep telling me I reach the maximum number of characters in this realm ...

Is there a delay in the server before it "realize" I have 9 characters, or there is something wrong in my account??
