WotLK Unable to play. [Patch required]

After I log in I see the communicate that the update is downloading but it shows 0% for the a while and after I see another communicate which tells me that the patch is required and the button "restart" appears and when I click on this it brings me to login window and I see the notification about failure to apply the patch and that I need to contact technical support or reinstall the game. I reinstalled the game and the same problem occurs.

Don't use email to login, use account name.
