WotLK Character lost

Hi,

I was not able to play for a time the game and now that i want to get back to it i saw that my character is missing. Can you tell me what happen and if i can get back my character ? is frustrating to know that you invest that much time in something and then is gone.

Check here: My account>Services>Pick realm>Pick char>Coins/free>Character restoration
Check https://www.warmane.com/account/history for the IP addresses that logged into your account. If you find a one that's not yours, someone broke into your account and there is no support in this case. Your account's security is your responsibility.

Hi... I also lost my characters and I was donator... I lost all my characters and many of them are almost BiS. I wanted to return to Warmane!. In particular, I lost Imperateur and Mysteries at Icecrown. Please help!!!

I tried character restoration service but I see this message "You do not have any characters that require restoration on Icecrown"

Thanks for your help. Unfortunately is not working , now i m thinking if is worth the time to create a new char who might be deleted in the future :)). any way thank you very much :)
