i connect to my acount ---> choose charechter --> loading screen ---> right when its fully loaded i get a msg " you have been disconnected " ---> try relog --> a charechter with that name alrdy existing ----> deleted cache ----> nothing -----> tried 10000000 times ----> nothing ----> rebooted both pc and modem --> nothing ----> tried other account ----> same **** ----> flush dns ----> nothing !!!

any ideas what cause this ?
