I received an email from Warmane at 13:36, 5 October 2020 Server Time, indicating that my email address had been changed and that if I "did not request this change, please email [email protected] immediately", which I have done.

I have now changed the email address back to my own and turned on 2-factor authentication.

The hacker converted all of my EoT's and EoF's to EoH, bought a full set of heirlooms & created a new character.
Can my entire account be rolled back to the start of 5 October 2020 please to restore the damage done?
