[ANSWERED]Waited a week and no help: Quest Item not appearing: "Symbol of Life"

I've been trying to get my hands on the quest item "Symbol of Life", which I need to complete a quest, so I can eventually unlock the ability "Redemption" for my protection Paladin "Zenithios" on Icecrown.
Support tickets have not been helpful, at all.
I have gotten a couple of responses that have not helped me one bit, and it's been a week. All I want is either the quest item, or a GM to give me "Redemption" manually.
It's been a week, and I really, really, want to get on with leveling so that I can start raiding.
It can't be that hard to either give me the item, or just unlock the ability for me.
