Lordaeron Could you enable experience lock for Lordaeron?

I wish to play classic raids on Lordaeron but it came to my understanding that it was only enabled for TBC, Outland specifically. That way I won't need to download another client.

Only Onyxia's lair and Naxrammas 40man was removed from it's classic versions in wotlk.
How would experience lock help you with that? I locked my experience in wotlk too btw, used to do it when I was twinking, on Icecrown realm.

Where did you find ExpLock on Lordaeron?
Its not it Services, if it ever was there?

Experience lock is enabled in-game at an NPC in Orgrimmar/Stormwind.
In Stormwind it's inside the keep.
In Orgrimmar it's in the Valley where the dummies are, first building to the right as you enter it iirc.
