I have an old account on this server that I haven't played on in a long time. Now when I come back to play I can not log into it because you're demanding an authentication code, but I've never set that up and have no idea how this works.
Trying to log in it just tells me "We have noticed an unusual log in attempt and your account has been locked to prevent unauthorized access.
In order to unlock your account, please enter the authentication code shown on your mobile authenticator app.".
Please help me out here=)<3

to disable 2-step auth: https://www.warmane.com/account/retrieve > "2 factor auth removal"
If that is not enough, send an email to [email protected] for support (with as much details as you can provide)

Hey,
I have an old account, i haven't play in a long time last months. Yesterday i try to log in, warmane send autenticator code in my mail but i don't take code in my mail. How i can change the email in authenticator now? i can't log in.....
