It would be nice to be able to change the order of your characters at the character selection screen.
For example, you want to reroll/change your main character, so you want him to appear first in the list. Same situation can occur after you bought a character at the marketplace and want him to be your main.

This feature has been implemented later in wow, i think it was cataclysm.
It might be not possible to implement this using the 3.3.5 wotlk client, but maybe it could be possible to implement via the website?
