Technical My account has been hacked

My account has been hacked
I haven't logged in in months, and today I found after trying to log in that an authenticator had been added to my account.
After removing it throught email, this message appears in my account: "Your account has been terminated due to Bot"
I can't check my full history to check when has that happened.
Edit: The thing i can see is "Last seen: 88 days ago from 188.225.84.186" which after googling it seems to be a russian IP address.
