Forum Mining Steal + Botting Suspicion

Player stole the Vein I was about to mine and after I whispered him he didnt even reply. His character was doing bot like movements.

I dont know where to report so I made this post.

What do you mean that the player STOLE a vein from you? If both of you clicked on the same mineral, then the person, who did it first, will get the goodies. As the saying goes - the early bird gets the worm. There's nothing bannable there.

If, however, you have suspicions that the player in question is indeed botting, then you need to have really good evidence to prove your case. Like, I have read on the forums that you need to make a video of him doing the same "bot-like movements" for hours, in which case you do as skullatbash said.
