WotLK Can't start Garments of the Moon, the second part of the Night Elf priest quest

Hey! I just created a new Night Elf Priest and I'm unable to start the second part (Garments of the Moon) of the first priest quest (In favour of Elune). Neither can I start Returning Home because of that.
Is it bugged or am I missing something?

Edit: I'm stuck on this screen, when I press Complete Quest I get the reward, but nothing else happens, the quest screen stays up without directing me to the next quest.

There's no new bugs so you're probably missing something.

Did you finish the quest required for the second part:

In Favor of Elune
Start: Shanda
End: Laurna Morninglight

Strange... I tried making a second Nelf priest, still no luck when trying to start Garments of the Moon.

Yes, I finished In Favour of Elune. When I turn the quest in at Laurna Morninglight I get the xp reward etc, but I get stuck on the turn-in-quest-screen, which makes me unable to get my next quest.

Other then suggesting to disable all addons, clear cache folder and re-logging I can suggest to open a Bug in the Bug tracker.
