1. Can't log on to website / Email gone? / Authenticator

    Hi!

    I can't log on the website with my other account. I have had two-factor Authenticator and swapped phone, but when I recover or ask to remove it etc, I don't get an email. It's like my email is gone from the account. I can still log into the game and play on it but I can't get on the website.

    What can I do to recover the email? I had authy or something on my other phone that I no longer have access to, but I should still get an email when attempting to recover right?

    Please help, I wanted to get my Outlands characters to Icecrown ;_;

    Check which mail it says is connected to your account. Is it yours? Try checking spam folder or wait a while for the mail and see if it arrives.

    I can't get to that section because it wants two factor authentication. But Ive never changed email on it so I should be getting the recovery emails, which i havent for an hour now,

    Then do this:
    send an email to [email protected] for support (with as much details as you can provide)
    Keep in mind the reply might take a while (like a week).
