cant buy in trade section

hi guys

so i have this problem, i cant buy anything in the trade section and i already have the coins (10 coins) i hace premium status, no waiting in queue but when i try to buy in trade i get the message You must have Two Factor Authentication enabled for atleast 3 days before purchasing a trade item, and its been at least 4 days since i activated the 2 factor authentication, am i missing something, do i need to be lvl 80 to buy items or gold in trade.
i already have a ticket since ive searched in the forums but came with nothing so i wrote this post to see if anyone could give me some advise or just wait for the staff

Are you sure 72 hours have been passed?
