Lordaeron i cant see sons of hodir quartermaster

ive bought my shoulders enchant there multiple times and now i went there to buy a mount and i cant see the quartermaster for 3 days now i dont know why please help.

You may want to take quest called "Forging an alliance". You don't even have to complete it, just have it active in Log - it helped many ppl see hodir's quatermaster

You need to do a long quest chain that starts at K3 and after you complete Forging an Alliance you should be able to see all Sons of Hodir npcs.
